Ted Witulski - Girl's Wrestling Head Coach 


This is Coach Witulski's 1st year leading the Coppell High School Girls Wrestling program. Coach Witulski brings 30 total years of coaching experience to the role with 16 of those years at Coppell. Prior to working here, he coached in Iowa and Nebraska and worked at USA Wrestling. He was born and raised in Beatrice, Nebraska and graduated from Westmar College.

As an athlete, Coach Witulsi wrestled in high school and went on to wrestle at Westmar College and Teikyo-Westmar University earning a history degree.


Coach Witulski is the proud father of numerous bulldogs.

Maxine Lisot - Girl's Wrestling Assistant Coach

This is Coach Lisot’s first year at Coppell. She previously coached wrestling at Frisco Independence and Plano East, as well as karate on the state, national, and international level. Many of her kiddos went on to become successful champions and even better human beings. She formerly competed for Team USA. Coach Lisot graduated from UT Dallas with honors, and earned her masters at SMU.

David Roulston  - Boy's Wrestling Assistant Coach

David Roulston is in his 4th year teaching and coaching. He is from Amarillo and graduated West Texas A&M with a B.S. in sports and exercise science. This is his 2nd year at Coppell coaching football and wrestling.

Chip Lowery - Boy's Wrestling Head Coach 


Coach Lowery brings 30 total years of coaching experience to the role with 21 of those years at Coppell. He grew up in California and finished high school in Florida. He attended Florida State University. He is married to Erika and has one daughter, Emma.
During his tenure at CHS, he has been named District, Region, and State Coach of the Year and in 2016 was named to the Texas Wrestling Hall of Fame.   


As an athlete, Coach Lowery wrestled, played football, and ran cross country with tremendous accolades including conference champion, district champion, and state qualifier. He went on to wrestle at Florida State (NCWA) earning a physical education degree.
